When it comes to public art contests, Fort Wayne has had giant decorated sneakers and smaller-than-life-size decorated mastodons.
Now its time for wheelbarrows, says Hollie Chaille.

FORT WAYNE – Fort Wayne is a cleaner city today.
Nearly 5,000 volunteers from 220 different groups joined forces Saturday during Fort Waynes annual Great American Cleanup, the countrys largest community improvement project.
Mayor Tom Henry was especially pleased with the turnout.
Henry addressed and thanked the crowd at a post-cleanup picnic at Headwaters Park West.
